AR77 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the AR77 platform, accessible at ar77.vu. The Terms cover all services offered on the platform including slots, casino games, sports betting, bingo, promotions, withdrawals and all other features available to registered users.

By accessing, browsing or registering an account on AR77, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms, though AR77 does not permit shared or proxy accounts.

These Terms should be read alongside the AR77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are available on the platform. Together, these documents govern your use of AR77 in full.

AR77 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use the AR77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. AR77 is strictly an adults-only platform. Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual, using your own personal account. Corporate accounts, agency accounts and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering. Any account found to contain false identity information will be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on your account. If you have previously self-excluded and that period is still active, you are not eligible to register a new account or access the platform.
• You must be the sole owner of the payment method used to deposit. AR77 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to a third party.

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the AR77 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or valid government-issued ID.
• A valid email address that you own and have access to.
• A mobile number registered in your name, which will be used for account verification and security.
• Your date of birth confirming you are 18 or older.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username and password — private and secure. AR77 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you share your credentials with another person and that results in unauthorised activity on your account, AR77 cannot be held liable for any resulting losses.

AR77 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at the time of registration, at any point during account activity, and as a condition of processing withdrawals. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact AR77 support immediately so appropriate action can be taken.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on AR77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion on this platform. The amount you send is the amount credited to your AR77 wallet.

AR77 currently accepts deposits via the following methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer
• Debit/Credit Cards — where supported
• Mobile Wallets — other supported digital wallet options

All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to a third party will be returned where possible and may trigger an account review.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the Deposit section of your account. AR77 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside AR77's control.

Deposits are credited to your account after successful confirmation from the payment provider. In the rare event of a delay, contact AR77 support with the transaction reference and it will be investigated promptly.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from AR77 are processed in PKR to your chosen payment method. The same payment methods available for deposit are generally available for withdrawal, subject to the method's own transfer capabilities.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the AR77 identity verification process. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID (CNIC or passport) and, in some cases, proof of your payment method. This is a one-time process and is required to protect both you and the integrity of the platform.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes specified in the Withdrawal section of the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Any active bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed from a bonus-linked balance.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to review if unusual account activity has been flagged.
• AR77 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before approving a withdrawal if there is a reasonable concern about account security or fraud.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated in the Withdrawal section of your account.

6Bonuses & Promotions

AR77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins and event-based promotions tied to cricket events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and other major sporting occasions.

All bonuses are subject to individual terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. These terms include but are not limited to:

• Wagering requirements: The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. This is clearly stated for each offer.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain other game types may contribute less or not at all. Check the individual promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within a stated time window. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of that window.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per round or spin may apply. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Withdrawal cap: Some promotional offers carry a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings generated from bonus funds. This is stated in the individual offer terms.

AR77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted and are actively using an offer at the time of a change will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes to that specific offer.

7Slots & Casino Games

All slot games and casino games available on AR77 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are statistically independent — the result of one spin has no effect on the result of the next. AR77 does not control game outcomes; these are determined entirely by the RNG systems operated by the respective game providers.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by game providers and displayed in the game information panel within the lobby. RTP is a theoretical long-term statistical measure and does not guarantee specific results in any individual session or number of spins.

The following rules apply to all slot and casino game play on AR77:

• All bets are placed and settled in PKR at the stake values displayed on-screen.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed and the result applied to your account once connectivity is restored. AR77 is not liable for disconnections caused by your internet provider or device.
• In the rare event of a software error or malfunction during a game round, AR77 reserves the right to void the round and return the stake to your account. Any displayed win from a clearly malfunctioning game round is not payable.
• Game play history is logged in your account for your reference.

8Sports Betting

AR77's sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL fixtures, T20 series, one-day internationals and test matches — as well as football, esports and other available markets. All bets are placed and settled in PKR.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on AR77:

• Confirmed bets are binding. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the specific market's rules state otherwise.
• Abandoned or void events: If a match is abandoned before the minimum required play has occurred (as defined by the individual sport's rules), bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If sufficient play has occurred for a result to be declared under the sport's official rules, bets will be settled on that result.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. AR77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point. Bets accepted before a market is suspended remain valid.
• Bet settlement: Bets are settled using official results from the relevant sporting body. In the case of a result dispute or official amendment after initial settlement, AR77 will re-settle bets in line with the official ruling.
• Maximum payout limits: Maximum payout caps apply per event and are visible in the betting interface. Winnings above the maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the bet is accepted.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the AR77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotions, betting markets or any other platform feature.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a confirmed platform error are not payable and may be reversed.
• Attempting to access another user's account without their permission.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward AR77 staff.
• Circumventing self-exclusion by registering a new account during an active exclusion period.

AR77 uses monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. If an investigation is required, AR77 reserves the right to temporarily freeze account access and funds during the review period.

10Account Suspension & Closure

AR77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable belief that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where account activity raises concerns related to fraud, identity, security or responsible gaming.

In cases of confirmed breach of Terms, any balance derived from prohibited conduct — including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting or use of fraudulent payment methods — may be forfeited in full.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, AR77 is not obligated to return deposits that were used to fund prohibited activity. Legitimate, uncontested funds may be returned at AR77's discretion following the conclusion of any review.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting AR77 support. Before closure is processed, any active bonus funds will be removed and any pending wagering requirements must be considered. Withdrawable balances will be paid out following the standard withdrawal process.

Accounts that remain inactive — with no login, deposit, bet or withdrawal activity — for an extended period may be classified as dormant. AR77's dormant account policy will be applied in such cases, with details available from support.

11Responsible Gaming

AR77 is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable entertainment environment for adults. The platform includes a full set of responsible gaming tools available to all registered users through their account settings.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR limit on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when set. Reductions apply immediately; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Restrict the amount you can lose in a given time period. Once your loss limit is reached, further play is paused until the limit period resets.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive a notification when your session time limit is approaching and the platform will log you out when it is reached.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period — from 24 hours up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or play.

12Limitation of Liability

AR77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure uninterrupted access to all features, AR77 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical issues, downtime or errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted, AR77 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits or funds as a result of platform downtime, technical errors or service interruptions outside AR77's reasonable control.
• Loss of data resulting from device failure, network issues or user error.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics or promotional information that contained an error.
• Third-party payment provider delays, fees or errors that affect deposit or withdrawal transactions.

AR77's liability to any individual player in respect of any single event or claim is limited to the value of the bet or transaction directly involved in that event, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes AR77's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13Privacy & Data

AR77 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform operation. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes sharing data with payment providers as necessary to process transactions, and with identity verification providers as necessary to complete account verification.

AR77 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to AR77's legal obligations to retain certain records for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.

14Changes to These Terms

AR77 may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where the changes are material, AR77 will make reasonable efforts to notify active users — for example, through a notification displayed on the platform at login.

Your continued use of the AR77 platform after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account options.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The date displayed at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last revised.
